After the brutal onslaught of Bloodstock, Road Hounds felt the need to mellow out a little. Mellow Metal playlists are quite a rare thing, it would appear.

Power ballads maybe associated primarily with hair-metal bands but its not their territory exclusively. Many other Metal bands have used the power ballad to show their sifter side. It’s not easy for Metal bands to temper their rage and write a slower, softer tune that’s both emotionally convincing and musically well-crafted.
